"Called them 4 times, left 2 messages and they never called back. Gave them a few days to over a week in-between those messages I left as well, so they had ample time to return the call. This just means I was blatantly ignored. Got letters about my policy changing and I cant get a single call answered. Like I wanna know why my policy was changed and whats different about it because i never authorized a change. Never once had this issue with my last agent, so its just mikes office being incompetent. Massive pain, so I just called corporate filed a complaint and swapped agents. I recommend everyone do the same thing, no clue how this guy has such good reviews."

"I’m not the policyholder but the granddaughter of the policyholder who is 92. Murphy’s law definitely challenge my grandfather over this last year. It was discovered there was a problem with an address change in reference to a policy, to which Mike made several attempts to get corrected. I noticed a handwritten note while visiting and called to get everything updated… an additional concern was revealed that could have had big impacts. Mike reviewed what past communication were asking for, explain how to make corrective actions with claims, and then went above to call the claims department with me to discuss what actions I needed to take on behalf of my grandfather to get his claim sorted. Mike did not have to go through any of the lengths to get me abreast with the situation and what was required. Appreciation and really grateful for Mike’s care of his client and services he provided.
