RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide personalized recommendations to meet client needs.
- Oversee and resolve complex customer issues, collaborating with agency departments as needed.
- Leverage your expertise in our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Valid Florida 220 license required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident engaging in sales conversations.
COMPENSATIONSalary and commission are competitive and commensurate with experience.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
